I am a trained user researcher with a deep appreciation for AI and how it can directly improve research methods, and insights, to be of better service to our users and products. I have over 5+ yrs as a researcher for non-profit organizations and businesses, and let’s not forget the occasional design sprints I take part in. I enjoy helping businesses understand WHAT their users do with their products, HOW they FEEL about their experiences and how these things affect usability and the ease of using products and services.
